Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the development and implementation of financial plans, strategies, and policies that support business objectives.">
  • To oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.">
  • To manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their success.">
  • To maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and other key personnel.">
  • To identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior financial role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.">
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Familiarity with Singapore FRS, tax, and SGX listing rules, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.">
  • Professional qualifications in accountancy, such as CA/CPA/ACCA, or equivalent experience.">
