This role engages with a diverse range of stakeholders across Nike's source base, including manufacturing partners' business teams, as well as cross-functional teams at World Headquarters (WHQ) and throughout Asia. Key collaborators include Geography Inventory Planning, Product Creation Center, Material Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, and Global Supply Planning. Location: Singapore, Asia Pacific. Who You’ll Work With Work with Delivery Excellence teams in regional offices to drive problem-solving initiatives, support project development, and continuous process/tool improvement. Report to the Delivery Excellence Manager in support of partners\' delivery performance excellence and other priorities aligning to broader organizational strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science & Analytics, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Tableau, Python, Power BI, SQL). Experience in dashboard development with Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Advanced analytical and statistical skills with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering actionable insights. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with ownership, strategic thinking, and end-to-end delivery. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities and self-motivation. Comfort navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement. Cultural agility and experience working with diverse teams. Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, visual). Influencing and negotiation skills are a plus. What You’ll Work On You will drive operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, perform regular data-driven analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply challenges. Key Areas Capacity Planning Lead and drive factory partners to validate and confirm strategic and in-season capacity. Review factory utilization, analyze unplanned loading, and propose solutions to ensure reliable capacity to meet Nike demand. Monitor factory ramp up/down to ensure readiness. Lead communication on hotspots, including product class management and multi-factory coordination. Delivery Performance And Operation Monitor supply plan, production, capacity, and delivery; assess delivery risk and enable expedited decisions. Collaborate on order prioritization to improve Plan In Full On-Time (PIFOT) and coverage; drive issue identification and communication for delayed shipments. Lead data validation, MI Delivery, and On-Time Performance tracking at factory level using BI tools. Coordinate PO-related issues (GAC changes, Buy Issues, Diverts, Early/Hold shipments, Late Adds, Cancellations, Finance, Logistics, Packing/Labeling, etc.). Coach and mentor factories on SOP optimization. Stakeholder Engagement Drive proactive risk assessment and mitigation with factory partners; continuously challenge the status quo and drive improvements at partner level. Project Management Lead development and execution of new projects/best practices at factory level. Support execution of new initiatives; act as SME for global Delivery Excellence (DEC) projects and lead regional DEC projects. Data Analysis Use data and BI tools to conduct factory-level business analysis and reporting to support decision making and process improvement. Team Development Support manager by acting as an ambassador or trainer to develop teammates\' mindset, capabilities, and issue resolution skills.
