As SIT’s lifelong learning champion, SITLEARN offers a variety of Continuous Education and Training (CET) courses designed for working adults of all ages who are eager to upskill or reskill. Whether they want to enhance their current skills or transition to a new industry, our CET courses provide practical, relevant learning experiences. Our courses are developed in collaboration with industry and professional bodies to ensure they meet workforce needs.
As we expand our CET offerings, we need a dedicated, highly-trained team to handle the end-to-end planning and administration of these CET courses and programmes while complying to internal and external governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities as a Branch Head:
Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth planning, execution, and timely delivery of all CET activities, incorporating sustainable logistical practices.
Lead, supervise, and manage mid-sized teams (including Section Heads and their staff) to ensure the following:Achieve high consistency in service quality with a positive impact, as evidenced by excellent customer and stakeholder ratings.
Achieve accuracy in CET learner registration and enrolment records to minimize revenue attrition and ageing by working closely with Finance department and other SITLEARN Branches.
Efficient use of financial resources, maintaining cost containment while delivering CET activities.
Compliance with internal and external governance requirements.Support the Divisional Director and the Group Head to create, develop, refine, and adapt policies, processes, and procedures for CET course and programmes. This can include enhancing or relooking at existing processes to improve work productivity and governance for CET activities even as the division scale its CET activities multi-fold. This include foresighting and building capabilities within the Division and the teams to boost work productivity through automation and digitalization, including improving current systems and contributing to the implementation of new digital solutions for CET course registrations.
Support administrative duties, workgroups, task forces, or projects as required.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification with at least six to eight years of relevant work experience; preferably in the Training and Adult Education industry or lifelong learning sector, and experience working in educational institutions. Familiarity with policies and frameworks under Skills Future Singapore will be advantageous
Strong experience in administrative support and/or events management, with a proven ability to handle multi-tasking to lead teams to organize CET activities, including events, in collaboration with stakeholders. Innovative problem-solving skills to address real-time operational issues and improve processes.
Capability to develop and implement policies for CET course operations. Strong background in managing CET course logistics, operations and systems. Experience in ensuring compliance with governance and standards.
Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and agree that maintaining a positive, proactive and professional attitude can enhance job satisfaction, even when managing multiple deadlines.
Highly organized and meticulous with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and address any missing information. Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Proven experience in leading, supervising and managing staff and teams and supporting their professional development. Ability to handle feedback and implement staff performance improvements.
Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with educational technologies and digital tools for CET course management and delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets.
