Senior Director, Learning Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Learning Operations to join our team at the Singapore Institute of Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising teams to deliver high-quality CET activities with excellent customer service ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead division efforts to support team leads and staff in working with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all CET activities.
- Lead teams to collaborate closely with Finance and other SITLEARN departments to achieve timely revenue collections and efficient use of financial resources.
- Supervise teams to guarantee full compliance with funding agency requirements and facilitate good governance across other teams.
- Develop and implement processes or controls to enhance work productivity and/or governance as necessary.
- Support automation and digitalisation efforts to improve current systems and introduce new technologies for CET course registrations.
- Undertake any additional administrative duties or projects as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification with at least ten years of relevant work experience; prior experience in educational institutions is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in administration support and/or events management, with a strong drive to excel in multitasking and stakeholder coordination.
- Well-equipped with experience handling course operations, processes, and systems would be beneficial.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and acknowledge that maintaining a positive, proactive, and professional attitude can boost job satisfaction even when managing multiple deadlines.
- Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for details and the ability to spot missing information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Benefits and Remuneration:
We offer an attractive remuneration package including a competitive salary range of SGD 12,000 - 18,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
