Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in corporate office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership, and client management skills to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Key Skills & Competencies Project Management: Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution capabilities across all phases of interior fit-out projects. Technical Expertise: Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E drawings, translating them into actionable construction plans. Client & Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly. Team Leadership: Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating contractors/vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Quality & Compliance: Knowledge of statutory regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction and fit-out projects. Communication & Documentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of documenting meetings, progress reports, and project handovers efficiently. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate risks, identify buildability issues, and propose practical solutions. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects; MNC exposure preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
