Job Description
The Sales Executive will focus on developing new accounts in Singapore, with a priority on Industrial Sales and ideally, EMC/RF knowledge. The role involves selling UL’s products, systems, and services, emphasizing prospecting and direct sales to penetrate untapped markets in the industrial sector, with a strong focus on new business development.
100% hunter role
Responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, acquiring new accounts aggressively, and maintaining client relationships to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
Promote and sell UL services with a consultative, "hunter" approach, leading presentations, handling objections, preparing quotes, and closing deals, focusing on high-potential clients while retaining existing ones.
Build and manage prospect pipelines, overseeing the new business process from prospecting to close.
Actively pursue new prospects through market research, tradeshows, direct mail, cold-calling, and referrals, understanding decision-makers and purchasing needs.
Target industrial clients with EMC/RF testing needs, understanding their technical and compliance requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the technical team to align testing capabilities with client requirements.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Extensive expertise in specialty products/services within the assigned TIC portfolio and deep knowledge of the Singapore industrial market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, especially in new
