Responsibilities: Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of regulatory, compliance and investigation matters globally (ex China), including: Supporting, managing and advising on the Company’s general compliance matters and inquiries with regards to sanctions, FCPA, other regulations and investigations； Providing legal insight to help the Company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities； Managing the Company’s legal compliance and investigations processes by coordinating with relevant internal departments and liaising with external counsels； Working closely with legal, compliance and policy teams based globally and coordinating with different business units。 Requirements: At least 5 years PQE (qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, US, UK or other comparable common law jurisdiction); Excellent command of both English and Putonghua (spoken and written) is required, in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters; Legal and regulatory compliance experience in-house or in law firms； Prior regional experience advising on various regulatory affairs in technology field will be a plus； Prior experience in litigation and investigations; or working in a government regulatory body would be an advantage； Keen interest and good understanding of developments in the internet technology space and how it impacts the business is an asset； Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills； Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently； Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team； Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Software Development and Technology, Information and Media #J-18808-Ljbffr
