Support efforts to drive user acquisition and engagement by optimizing the Klook App for global audiences, considering cultural nuances and linguistic preferences. Work closely with cross‐vertical product teams to ensure that vertical product flows are optimally integrated to fit global customer expectations, with a focus on localization requirements. Monitor product metrics related to platform services and localization, identify opportunities, and propose optimizations to improve global user experience. Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to share performances and roadmap, highlighting progress in localization efforts. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of contributing to successful products, ideally with some exposure to localization or internationalization. Strong analytical skills and problem‐solving abilities, particularly in a global context. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships, including working with translation and localization teams. Good communication and presentation skills to convey concepts to both technical and non‐technical audiences. Business level or above fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
