Senior Digital Transformation Manager
You will lead our organization's digital transformation journey in Global Banking Payments and Cash Management IT. Your goal is to develop and implement digitalization strategies that align with our overall vision and goals.
- Develop and Implement Digitalization Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that meet the organization's needs.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure digitalization initiatives meet their needs.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans for a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems.
- Budgets & Forecasts: Support budget matters with Domain Head and/or Programme Manager.
- Digital Literacy: Promote digital literacy across the organization and provide training to employees.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives.
- Metrics and Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships and drive RFPs for new solutions if required.
- Ensure projects adhere to corporate governance and processes.
- Collaborate with fellow project managers and other domain PMs to align departmental objectives.
- Manage escalations and dependencies to ensure attention and support are given.
- Participate in studies, methodologies, and meeting organizations.
