What the role is: You will work in Environmental Health Institute (EHI), and be a member in the Vector Biology & Control Division (VBCD). What you will be working on: You will work in the EHI and be part of a multi-disciplinary team that will focus on urban vector species in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to work with various inter-disciplinary teams. You will be involved in a myriad of entomology activities including, but not limited to performing routine mosquito identification, sample processing, rapid antigen testing, data entry, mosquito surveillance and field studies. What we are looking for: Requirements: Diploma in Life Sciences or related disciplines Able to work independently and in a team Able to systematically perform routine workflow with an eye for detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Physically fit and possess the physical endurance for the challenges of field work Applicants will be updated on the status of their applications within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
