Client Relationship Officer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the growth of our mortgage loan portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Sales & Client Engagement: Proactively identify sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and value-added service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide dedicated end-to-end service throughout the mortgage process—from application to post-loan servicing.
  • Loan Origination & Servicing: Assist customers in submitting complete and accurate applications for both new and existing mortgage loans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth loan processing.
  • Progressive Role Scope: Successful candidates will begin with a focus on mortgage servicing before expanding into partial sales acquisition responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and ownership of outcomes
