We're looking for a passionate, sales driven and proactive
Assistant &/or Sales Manager
to drive sales growth in the assigned sales portfolio, and supporting the development and execution of our corporate sales strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving team, opportunity to be part of the core team to influence business direction and grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for executing sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.
Consistently strives to exceed sales targets assigned
Identify, prospect, and develop new leads within the targeted sectors
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with inter-departmental stakeholders to align sales efforts with brand strategy and market trends.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity; provide insights, competitive threats and recommend tactical adjustments accordingly.
Analyse sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Business commercial Manager
Any other assigned roles and duties as deemed fit and necessary
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of B2B &/or corporate sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
