To meet the demands of a fast‑growing business, they are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and strengthen the organization through this next phase of growth. Responsibilities Report to the Group CEO, progressively growing and scaling the Finance team. Lead and oversee finance operations across Singapore, China, and future U.S. operations, ensuring full compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and cross‑border reporting requirements. Develop and maintain robust financial control frameworks, reporting structures, and consolidation processes for multi‑jurisdictional operations. Drive global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic objectives and business sustainability. Manage audits, statutory filings, and liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and tax authorities to ensure full compliance. Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, funding strategies, and capital allocation to support growth and expansion. Build, manage, and develop a high‑performing finance team across geographies; lead recruitment, training, and performance management. Implement scalable financial systems, tools, and processes that enhance transparency, accuracy, and efficiency across global operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; strong preference for a Qualified Accountant. A minimum of 16 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior position within a multinational or fast‑scaling company. Deep knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP), tax planning, and compliance in multi‑jurisdictional settings. Proven experience in managing cross‑border finance operations (e.g., China, Southeast Asia, U.S.). Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities with experience managing finance teams across multiple regions. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
