Front Office Recruitment Specialist in Financial Services StriveX is partnering with a Digital Financial Services firm, who is looking for an energetic and driven investment professional to join their private credit and capital solutions practice team. Key Responsibilities: Deal Origination & Execution Identify and assess private credit opportunities across technology-enabled industries, alternative lending platforms, and emerging financial services models across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Central Asia. Formulate investment angles, credit views, and transaction structures for new opportunities. Drive end-to-end deal execution, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors throughout due diligence, documentation, and closing. Investor & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with private credit investors, including family offices, and institutional investors, to support syndication initiatives. Prepare and deliver investment materials (e.g., teasers, presentations, memos, models, data room content) for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Track and analyze performance of existing investments and highlight risks or emerging issues as part of ongoing portfolio monitoring. Platform & Business Development Support the enhancement of the firm’s technology and analytics ecosystem, contributing to new features, workflows, and investor-matching capabilities. Engage in broader commercial and brand-building efforts, including market research, partnership discussions, and industry outreach. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline. 3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, investment advisory, or transaction-related roles. Strong interest in technology-driven business models and modern financial services, with the drive to build a strong network in these ecosystems. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and working under pressure. Highly organized, analytical, and methodical in approach. Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
