They are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Developer to join their team in either Singapore/Hong Kong. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between the risk management and technology teams, ensuring that robust risk management practices are integrated into the firm's trading operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong Python programming skills, along with comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with market risk and quant teams to design, implement, and refine pricing and risk libraries. Develop automated systems for reconciliation and notifications, ensuring the integrity of risk management processes. Manage tools focused on risk management and portfolio optimization to support a variety of trading strategies. Integrate core risk platforms with various financial vendor systems, enhancing operational efficiency. Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3+ years of experience in risk development, ideally in a buy-side environment. Extensive experience in Python programming. Proficiency in factor models, Barra models, and market risk models. Proficiency in financial instruments and derivatives. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
