Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Technology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily focus on UICC profile validation and homologation with mobile network operators (MNOs)
  • Collect and evaluate customer requirements and prepare internal requirements for research and development (R&D) and other relevant departments
  • Manage entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production
  • Manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings reports. Work closely with sales and other internal departments to provide solutions to resolve issues
  • Work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentations, etc
  • Cooperate with product managers to recommend suitable project solutions/products and provide market information to support internal product planning
  • Cooperate with sales to maintain customer relationships and take initiative to visit customers regularly to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in sim card technology in the telecommunication industry.
  • Excellent understanding of UICC/eUICC ETSI/3GPP/GSMA standards covering 3G/LTE/4G/5G networks is mandatory.
  • Understanding of EMV standard and Visa/Mastercard/
