About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Job Responsibilities
Identify existing-to-bank and pursue new-to-bank customers through targeted outreach and networking initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients, enhancing our market presence.
Responsible for growing the bank's treasury business by acquiring and managing corporate clients who require treasury products and services. Their main focus is on selling and structuring treasury solutions, including foreign exchange (FX) and investment products.
Identify and onboard corporate clients with treasury needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they utilize treasury products effectively.
Offer treasury solutions such as FX hedging, derivatives, liquidity management, and investment solutions.
Advise clients on market trends, currency risks, and interest rate movements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder with experience in Sales, ideally banking.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the treasury segment.
Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to treasury products.
