Job Descriptions
Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell products which include trading cards and collectibles.
Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.
Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.
Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.
Job Requirements
Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to engage with mandarin-speaking prospective audiences).
Must be
experienced in a sales role with proven track record in achieving targets.
Must be comfortable working long hours in front of camera - must NOT be camera shy.
Company accounts will be provided for streaming.
Coaching will be provided by industry experts with proven track record of success.
Presentable image with outgoing, engaging and charismatic traits.
Being
talkative
will be an added advantage as it captivates audiences.
Willing to work at our streaming studio in Sembawang.
Prior exposure to Trading Card Games (TCG) such as Pokemon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, and etc. will be an added advantage.
