Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Live Host to represent our brand and products on TikTok and Shopee live streams. You will engage viewers, showcase products (skincare, health products, food, fashion), and drive sales through entertaining and informative presentations.

Location: Johor Bahru (JB)

**Salary**: RM3,000 + Commission

Working Hours: 12pm - 9pm

Key Responsibilities

Host Daily Live Streaming Sessions
- Conduct live streams according to the schedule (daily or assigned days).
- Present and demonstrate products in an engaging, professional manner.
- Answer viewer questions and respond to comments in real-time.
- Drive customer interest and encourage immediate purchases.

Content Preparation & Planning
- Familiarize yourself with product details, selling points, and promotions.
- Plan live session flow, key talking points, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for content and promotions.

Sales & Performance
- Achieve monthly sales and viewership targets.
- Continuously improve hosting skills to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance.

Platform & Product Management
- Manage basic live streaming equipment and settings.
- Assist with product display setup and inventory during live sessions.

**Requirements**:
Skills & Experience
- Experience in live streaming, hosting, sales, or retail is an advantage.
- Confident, camera-friendly, and comfortable speaking to large audiences.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Passion for skincare, health products, food, and fashion.

Other Requirements
- Age: 20-35 preferred (flexible based on experience).
- Positive attitude, responsible, and proactive.
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays as required.
