Data Center Operations Manager

- Oversee end-to-end data center lifecycle across APAC, including site/power selection, coordination, construction management and operational experience.
- Lead financial governance, including budgeting, cost forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and variance analysis to ensure sustainable project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, vendors, and stakeholders, to strengthen the company's APAC presence. Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience in data center construction, operations, or infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, operational management, and cost control/accounting.
- Established industry network and a solid track record within the APAC data center sector.
- Willing and able to travel across the APAC region as required.
- Position based in Singapore
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and collaborative, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Keen to grow and adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
