Technical Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development and leadership is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java programming language and its applications.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented principles and design patterns is essential.
  • Experience with web frameworks, specifically MVC concept on web-based applications.
  • Ability to conceptualize and design web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with Spring and Hibernate Frameworks, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Drools, HTML5, and Oracle database management system.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for software engineering and development, with a drive to be an effective team leader. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
