About the Role

We are seeking an experienced software development leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of scalable and efficient software systems that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software projects.
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions that apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
  • Update software, enhance existing software capabilities, and direct software testing and validation procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python/C++.
  • Solid basic computer knowledge, strong logical understanding, and learning ability.
  • Deep understanding of computer principles, good data structure, and algorithm foundation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with commonly used basic components, microservices, Linux development environment, and proficient in at least one server-side language.
  • Familiarity with Internet architecture systems, e-commerce business domain architecture, and some experience in system architecture design.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, serious and meticulous work, good team communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Good business sense, attention to product design, and better knowledge of e-commerce business ideas.
