TCM Sales Consultant/Manager

Understand and promote TCM treatments, packages, and wellness products
Provide personalized treatment recommendations based on clients' needs
Follow up with potential and existing clients to close sales
Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
Educate clients on benefits and outcomes of TCM services
Maintain a good relationship with clients to encourage retention and referrals
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a sales role (clinic/spa/healthcare background preferred)
Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Confident, motivated, and sales-driven personality
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients)
Basic knowledge of TCM is an advantage (training will be provided)
Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required
