Global Business Solutions Architect | Singapore
Join to apply for the Global Business Solutions Architect | Singapore role at Album. Degreed is the upskilling platform that fuels growth and innovation through lifelong learning. This is a remote-first role based in APJ, with potential for limited international travel (1–2 times per year).
Key Responsibilities
Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions.
Provide expert guidance on integrations, configurations, and product capabilities.
Support Sales by answering technical questions and handling solution presentations.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities.
Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses.
Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success.
Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes.
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Experience
Background in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture.
Solid experience with cloud computing, integration technologies, and security protocols.
Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions.
Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus.
Compensation
The total pay range for this role is S$100,000 - S$120,000 per year. Actual compensation packages are based on factors including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, location, and internal equity.
