**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role**:Global Solutions Architect

**Reports to**: IT Director

**Location**: Singapore

**Responsibilities**
- Develop or revise the product Solution Design by reviewing product epics, revised

infrastructure designs, architectural patterns or security requirements.
- Collaborate with our Technical Pre-Sales, Product, Project, R&D teams to fully understand

requirements and their impact, identifying enhancements to our products or services that will

be required to support the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop product architectural blueprints and roadmaps

that align with architectural standards and technology strategy; including designing systems to

address non-functional requirements like reliability, scalability, and security.
- Create or revise architectural patterns to provide practical assistance to R&D teams that align

to BIPO’s technical product strategy; review approaches, elaborate on solutions, or gaining

approving for significant architectural decisions.
- Evaluate complementary software required for BIPO HRMS products to ensure best fit

relating to the criteria of functional capability, ease of support, cost effectiveness and

technical compatibility.
- Provide architectural leadership and expertise to our client engagements and lead the support

the growth and development of these skills within BIPO.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Relevant degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in successfully implementing HRMS Products preferred;
experience in HRIS Role, other HR Solutions, and/or understanding of HR business process

may be considered.
- Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills with solution focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, and other languages in APAC region will be highly advantageous.
- Professional qualifications in an architecture related domain (CISSP, TOGAF, AWS Solution

Architect etc.) illustrating their commitment to learning and keeping their skills up to date.
- Recent hands-on experience in one or more of the following: GitOps techniques, Terraform,

Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL and Key / Value Pair databases.
