About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our metro power supply system and electrical infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services ensuring that all procurement activities meet project, cost, and timeline requirements. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement for HV/LV electrical materials, including transformers, switchgear, power cables, cable trays, accessories, panels, and electrical components. Handle RFQ, quotation comparison, technical compliance checks, PO issuance, delivery follow-up, and vendor negotiation. Work closely with Project Engineers, E&M teams, and site teams to ensure materials arrive according to project timeline and KPI requirements. Liaise with suppliers for test reports, type test certificates, datasheets, and technical submissions. Manage overseas procurement, import documentation, delivery schedule, and shipping arrangements. Maintain updated approved vendor lists and conduct supplier performance evaluations. Prepare procurement documentation in accordance with ISO, audit, and project quality requirements. Support project cost control, procurement planning, budgeting, and inventory management. Assist in coordinating urgent deliveries, shortage items, and any variations (VO) requiring re-quotation. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years procurement experience in Metro, LTA, railway, power supply, M&E, or large electrical infrastructure projects. Experience with HV/LV equipment procurement is strongly preferred. Strong technical understanding of electrical materials, project specifications, and vendor comparison. Proficient in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems (SAP or similar). Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and project-driven KPIs. Singaporean/PR preferred.
