WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Analyst, Experience & Activation (Senior Performance Executive) will work closely with the line manager and associate director to support in servicing our client. The Analyst, Experience & Activation will run end-to-end paid campaigns and gain great exposure to across multiple channels such as social, search and display programmatic.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Media Activation: Coordinate the compilation of activation deliverables, including media plans and creative assets.
• Manage end-to-end cross channel paid campaigns from planning, setting-up, monitoring, optimising and reporting
• Monitor campaign pacing and provide timely reporting on key metrics with ongoing commentary and actionable insights
• Planning & Forecasting: Support Digital Managers in crafting strategic proposals and media plans for clients.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• A/B Testing: Develop and implement A/B testing initiatives to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Engage in day-to-day client liaison and servicing
• Other role-related ad-hoc duties

DOES THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU?

• Minimally 1 – 2+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit. Able to build and deliver bid strategies within platforms.
• Familiarity with programmatic ad networks, exchanges and auction marketplaces plus different media buyi g models, and/or proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar would be an advantage
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Strong interest in programmatic/ad/mar-tech
• Attention to detail, excellent numeracy understanding
• Self-motivated, pro-active, inquisitive, team player
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
