Research Officer Position

Job Description: We seek a detail-oriented Research Officer to join our team. The Research Officer will play a key role in conducting research, supporting initiatives, and contributing to publications that advance the field.

  • Assist in designing, executing, and managing clinical and scientific research projects related to healthcare.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze research data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct literature reviews and support preparation of research proposals, manuscripts, and presentations.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and external collaborators to facilitate research activities.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Contribute to developing new treatment protocols and clinical guidelines based on research findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related discipline.
  • Prior experience in clinical or healthcare research preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, statistics, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  • Interest in healthcare is a plus.
