Sr. Customer Success Manager

As the Sr. Customer Success Manager at Visier Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing adoption of Visier's people analytics platform. This is a strategic, client-facing role that will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the business. The role is based in our office in Raffles Place, Singapore. What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, proactively managing their ongoing needs and ensuring they achieve maximum value from the Visier platform Partner closely with customers to understand their unique business challenges and objectives, and develop tailored success plans to help them reach their goals Provide expert guidance and best practices to customers on the effective use of Visier's product suite Identify and drive adoption of new Visier capabilities to expand the value delivered to customers Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, professional services, and product teams to address customer needs and drive continuous product improvement Participate in the development of customer-facing content and deliverables to support the customer success function Proactively identify and mitigate potential customer risks to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with an enterprise software or SaaS provider Strong background in people analytics, HR technology, or workforce management Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive results Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through diligent
