About the Role
As a Senior/Finance Associate at Lucence, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving core financial operations. You will be responsible for accurate reporting, timely collections from hospitals and research partners, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
Monitor outstanding receivables and lead proactive collection efforts with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.
Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices to facilitate timely and accurate
