The purpose of this role is to promote and sell the organization's products, with main focus on spare parts, services maintenance and projects, while serving as the front line of customer contacts and undertaking tasks assigned by management. Responsibilities Day to day responsibility includes pursuing sales leads and visiting customers to meet targets, negotiating sales terms and closing orders to achieve revenue goals, and assessing customer needs to recommend suitable products and services. Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships with key stakeholders that will generate future sales and repeat business. Develop and implement sales tactics with line manager's approval. Gather market insight on competitor activity and share internally to better respond to evolving market conditions and to understand customer needs and demands. Plan and execute customer visits, produce reports, collect and share feedback to improve strategies.
