Key Responsibilities Familiar with the international logistics assets, and assist in sourcing and evaluating potential M&A target. Participate in investment and M&A projects: organize due diligence (financial, legal, operational), build financial models (DCF valuation, IRR calculation), design transaction structures, conduct negotiations, and facilitate transaction closure. Collaborate with the operations team to track the performance of post‑investment assets, monitor rental income and occupancy rates, propose operational optimization plans, and ensure the achievement of investment objectives. Track the dynamics, regulatory policies and potential risks of the regional logistics real‑estate market, compile analysis reports, and support the adjustment of investment strategies. Requirements Major in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management or related fields; candidates holding CFA, CPA or CPM certifications are preferred. Possess at least 7 years of work experience in infrastructure investment and M&A, be familiar with the European logistics market, and have relevant communication experience as well as teamwork and coordination capabilities. Proficient in financial modeling and valuation methods, familiar with regional logistics operations, asset transaction processes and relevant regulatory frameworks, and possess solid due diligence capabilities and risk identification skills. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
