What will you do?
Support ERP2 Testing, test & implement in accordance to specifications & service level. Where relevant, perform the necessary system programming & configuration.
Respond promptly to ERP2 incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures.
Monitor the agreed service level (e.g. service request, system availability), document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
Implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
Provide ERP2 systems related technical advice to LTA Mechanics.
Assist the trainer in knowledge transfer / training to Installation Mechanics.
Be part of Test Support Team resources and execute site visits for troubleshooting activities.
For the successful candidate, NCS Trainer will conduct proper ERP2 system training to impart the required knowledge and technical skill set to execute the above tasks.
