Overall Job Responsibility You will work with persons with disabilities (PwDs) from Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to be better prepared for and transition into employment. You will design and implement support strategies to enable IHL students and graduates with disabilities with different disability profiles to transit from school to work. You will also work closely with other stakeholders such as IHLs to outreach and engage PwDs, as well as employers to facilitate sustainable disability-inclusive hiring and employment practices. Duties and Responsibilities Client Servicing Work with PwDs, employers and support networks (IHLs, caregivers, co-workers, community and others) to facilitate internship or job placement of PwDs Provide job support to PwDs at their workplace Work with various teams in the organisation to provide support to employers in their disabilty inclusion journey Stakeholder Management Work with external stakeholders (e.g. employers and Social Service Agency partners) to support the employment of PwDs Manage and work closely with appointed programme partners on client referrals, service model, track and report progress Perform analysis to evaluate programme effectiveness, identify gaps and develop strategies to enhance employability of the PwDs Develop and execute strategies on outreach and engagement of PwDs in the IHLs, in partnership with IHLs’ Special Educational Needs and/or Education & Career Guidance offices Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience Degree holder in any discipline, with 2-3 years of work experience Experience in the social service/disability sector or client-facing roles would be an advantage Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and versatile to take on other roles when required Strong time management with the ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment Meticulous in administrative tasks and resourceful in problem solving Comfortable with public speaking and stakeholder engagement Additional Information Send your resume to us by clicking the “Drop your resume / Apply” button now, or you can also email us at Please State In Your Detailed Resume Your Current and expected salaries and annual package Reason for leaving current employment (if applicable)We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be informed.
