Vietnamese-Speaking (High Net Worth) Sales Consultant ($5200 basic + comms)This role marks an exciting expansion into the Vietnam market You will be a broker between high net worth clienteles (such as celebrities, businessman etc) and private air charter companies & cargo providers to plan and organise their tripResponsibilities Build and maintain a database of potential clients by leveraging on research and other resources. Proactively engage potential customers through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits, converting them into loyal clients. Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Manage the entire charter booking process, from inquiry to flight completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Present bespoke quotes to clients, showcasing commercial acumen and expert knowledge of aircraft and the chartering process. Monitor and oversee flight departures, including during unsociable hours, to ensure exceptional service delivery. Requirements Proficiency in BOTH English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (We seek Vietnamese-speaking candidates who are required to serve Vietnamese-speaking clients). Sales driven in acquiring leads from vietnam market Self-starter and needs no micromanaging Holds Singapore citizenship (no quota for work passes).
