Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a retail sales associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences and styling advice to customers.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products, making purchases, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and restocking shelves.

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
