Responsibilities:

Client & Branding


• As a brand ambassador of SMCP, deliver excellent client experience, embody its image to promote the brand and the collection with solid production knowledge and story telling

CRM


• Build and maintain long-term relationship with our clients

Sales


• Strong will in achieving sales targets and KPIs to maximize business

Operations


• Comply with operational process e.g., cash register, stock, visual merchandizing


• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


• Secondary education graduate


• Minimum 1-year related experience in fashion retail preferably in ready-to-wear


• Client centric and passionate in fashion


• Energetic, positive and approachable


• Sales driven, willing to aim higher and able to work under pressure


• Basic computer skills (MS Office)


• Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior Sales Associate
