Salary: $6,000 – $7,000/month

Position Summary

A well-established manufacturer with global operations is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Lead to oversee comprehensive accounting functions and drive financial integrity across regional entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-spectrum accounting processes: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, banking, taxation, and credit control.
  • Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks to safeguard financial assets.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and reporting packages for management review.
  • Analyze performance data and contribute actionable insights for profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage treasury functions, including FX hedging, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
  • Handle statutory filings (GST, WHT) and liaise with external tax and audit consultants.
  • Provide support for intercompany transactions and cross-border reporting structures.
  • Supervise a junior accounts staff and collaborate with finance teams across business units.
  • Carry out administrative functions including select corporate secretarial filings and regulatory reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA qualifications advantageous.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within a production or industrial setting.
  • Strong grasp of audit processes, compliance controls, and financial reporting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with ERP environments, and solid business acumen.
  • Self-directed, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team culture.
