Customer Service Officer/ Executive/ Representative

Description Position: Customer Service Officer/ Executive/ Representative (Sales Support) Location: Loyang Lane (Direct buses from Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris right in front of office) Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.30PM ; 1 Day WORK FROM HOME Weekly Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14-18 Days Annual leave + Medical claim Duration: Perm Industry: Manufacturer and supplier of equipment Responsibilities Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team Extend/create Material in SAP Perform order entry in SAP ensuring on-time delivery to customers with regular updates on delivery status Releasing of shipment for pick/pack. Coordinating with freight forwarders for pickup Perform system projects order entry from PO placement with source, logistics handling right up to shipment destinations Support Field Service on service order and billing Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant Raise purchase orders (equipment parts) to source Follow-up with source on incoming shipments including system projects Ad-hoc activities or administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum GCE A level or Diploma Qualifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
