• Location: Tanjong Pagar • Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday) • Salary: Up to $8,000 (depending on experience) Senior Manager (Corporate Branding & Strategy, Maritime industry) The Corporate Branding & Strategy Division is newly established to enhance and strengthen company branding both externally and internally. Our goal is to engage with stakeholders such as customers, investors, partners, local governments, community members, and employees across various regions. The Senior Manager in the Corporate Branding & Strategy Division will work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute brand strategies and plans. Our primary mission is to enhance brand value and build a positive reputation for the company brand across the region through various touchpoints, including the corporate website, social media, local and regional media, events, etc. In addition, we collaborate with various divisions and entities to improve employee experiences and engagement through internal communications. Job responsibilities: Branding: i. Collaborate closely with the General Manager to assist in developing the corporate brand strategy, direction, and execution plan.ii. Create, manage, and update brand communication guidelines and workflows with the General Manager.iii. Lead the execution of the brand communication plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local countries in the Asia and Oceania region.iv. Develop, manage, update and continuously enhance regional branded materials and global assets provided by the HQ Division. External communication: Enhance the Company brand's positive reputation in the public eye.i. Develop an annual communication plan based on the brand strategy and direction.ii. Lead the execution of the communication plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders across divisions, entities, and local country offices in the Asia and Oceania region.iii. Research, propose, and implement innovative communication methods including enhancing the company website, developing regional social media strategies, and utilizing other effective touchpoints as needed. Internal Communication: Enhance employee engagement and workplace experience.i. Develop and execute an internal communication plan, including events, to foster transparency in information and knowledge sharing. Crisis Communication: i. Understand and adhere to crisis procedures as directed and guided by HQ.ii. Provide support to HQ as needed.iii. Assist in delivering regional crisis communication guidance and training to employees. Manage relevant outsources and partners: i. Lead and manage outsourced vendors and partners to execute communication plans, ensuring adherence to the schedule and budget. Team management and development: i. In collaboration with the General Manager, develop and manage the Corporate Branding and Strategy team, including overseeing resources, budgeting, and other related responsibilities. Job Requirements: Education: Degree or diploma in communication, branding, marketing, or a relevant field Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams Industry Experience: Experience in the shipping industry Communication Planning: Ability to lead development communication planning Presentation Skills: Competence in delivering presentations Creativity and Project Management: Demonstrated creativity and strong project management skills Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with various stakeholders across divisions, countries, and entities Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Adaptability: Flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Digital Communication: Deep understanding and extensive experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication practices Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages for both speaking and writing other than English is an advantage Interested applicants, please send your resume to Charlene (R22105303) at with the email subject header "Senior Manager (Corporate Branding & Strategy, Maritime industry) ".
