About the role:
The Learning Success Partner is accountable for ownership and delivery for initiatives in the areas of Learning & Development (L&D), Talent, Performance, and Employee Engagement in the ASEAN+I region. They partner with business leaders and HR to provide the interface between the business and L&D, Talent, Performance, and Engagement. Through consultation with stakeholders, they understand and quantify L&D requirements to effectively curate and direct towards the global solutions available, or needed find off-the-shelf solutions provided by the local vendors. They are the interface between the global teams like Capability Development Managers and Learning Solutions and the countries in ASEAN+I. They also execute L&D locally for Thailand and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development:
Consulting with local business and HR teams on learning and skills-related topics, including conducting learning needs analyses in partnership with the business.
Understanding the global portfolio and communicating Learning Success objectives and deliverables to HR stakeholders and the wider business.
Providing second-line support for employees and handling learning and development-related requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up or redirection.
Participating in team conversations with Capability Development Managers, Employee Experience, and Learning Solutions to support the rollout of global L&D programs and initiatives.
Delivering local, niche solutions and supporting implementation, including co-facilitation where needed.
Reviewing L&D processes and policies to ensure business relevance and alignment with current trends and best practices in learning and development.
Talent Management:
Talent Pool Identification: Identifying and developing talent pools in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).
Succession Planning: Creating and maintaining succession plans for key roles within the organization in collaboration with HRBPs.
Global Talent Programs: Oversee ASEAN+I’s region participation in global talent programs to ensure the development of high-potential employees.
Korn Ferry Feedback for Talent: Utilize Korn Ferry assessment feedback to drive talent development and growth.
Performance Management:
Serve as subject matter expert and global champion for the globally aligned “Connect Performance Process”.
Facilitating and delivering HR briefings and manager/employee sessions throughout the HR lifecycle, for example, the “Connect Performance Management”, to ensure smooth implementation.
Employee Engagement:
Supporting Employee Engagement survey for the ASEAN+I region and partner with global Engagement counterparts.
Key Performance Indicators
They will work across the ASEAN+I L&D, Talent, Performance and, Engagement function and counterparts to ensure solutions effectively support specific business outcomes of the ASEAN+I region.
Communicating and implementing L&D, Talent, Performance, and Employee Engagement initiatives to the HR stakeholders and business.
Facilitating and delivering on manager/employee sessions within HR lifecycle, e.g. “Connect Performance Management”.
Completion of ad-hoc requests for the team e.g., Ask Learning & Skills.
Timely response to BAU requests as needed.
Mandatory Requirements:
Tertiary education in HR or related field which may include - Business, Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources
5+ years’ work experience, professionally qualified or working towards accreditation or comparable HR experience, tertiary qualifications in adult learning or equivalent.
Proven experience in consulting on L&D and Talent topics, including conducting learning needs analyses and managing talent.
Experience in Performance Management.
Experience in Employee Engagement.
Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence HR and business stakeholders.
Proven track record of success in delivering L&D projects and initiatives.
Experience delivering workshops or training programs in both virtual and in-person formats.
Experience supporting employee learning queries.
