Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards. Responsibilities Perform Desktop Support services to users This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
