Head of Acquisition & Channels to lead ViewQwest’s customer acquisition and revenue growth strategy. This role is accountable for achieving new sign‑up targets, managing ARPU performance, and driving channel efficiency across digital, retail, telesales, and partnerships. The successful candidate will oversee the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel — from campaign and channel performance to portfolio pricing and competitiveness — ensuring sustainable growth through data‑driven decision‑making and market‑responsive strategy. Key Responsibilities Accountable for new broadband sign‑ups versus monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor daily and weekly dashboards to detect trends and variances by channel, speed, hardware, and offer. Own and optimize ARPU performance across acquisition portfolios through pricing, bundling, and offer design. Translate performance insights into actionable levers to improve volume, quality, and profitability. Develop and execute the end‑to‑end acquisition and GTM strategy across all acquisition levers. Optimize existing channels through continuous performance review, process improvement, and acquisition quality enhancement. Drive channel mix optimization, balancing acquisition volume with CPA and ARPU performance. Oversee planning, execution, and post‑campaign reviews to ensure business KPIs are achieved. Maintain competitive readiness by tracking market trends, pricing, and offer movements. Lead portfolio and pricing design for consumer broadband plans, ensuring strong value positioning across speed tiers and hardware bundles. Align offers with profitability and growth objectives. Conduct market benchmarking and customer insight analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and upsell. Identify, onboard, and scale new strategic acquisition partners to expand ViewQwest’s reach. Strengthen existing partnerships through co‑marketing, joint promotions, and performance incentives. Establish frameworks to ensure channel profitability and consistent acquisition quality. Track, manage, and optimise A&P investments across all channels. Consolidate GTM insights to guide data‑driven resource allocation and spend efficiency. Measure and report ROI of acquisition initiatives and continuously refine performance levers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in growth, acquisition, or channel management, ideally in telecom, broadband, or subscription‑based industries. Strong understanding of pricing strategy, ARPU management, and go‑to‑market execution. Proven ability to scale acquisition funnels, manage CPA and ARPU targets, and drive portfolio profitability.
