Facilitate, assess, and review group therapy sessions to ensure they meet the needs of residents. Apply restorative practices, including planning and facilitating restorative circles. Support case management by preparing for and attending all necessary case-related meetings, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including parents and schools. Complete all required documentation. Job Requirements: Diploma in Social Sciences with experience in mentoring and working with youths. Prior experience working with youth-at-risk is advantageous. Strong engagement and facilitation skills. Good knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement. Excellent communication and writing skills.
