Roles & Responsibilities Work Location: Various Locations, Headquarters located at 45 Jalan Mata Ayer, Singapore About Greentree Montessori: Founded in 1990, Greentree Montessori is a renowned Montessori preschool in Singapore with a mission to fulfil each child's only childhood. Our philosophy is rooted in a mindful approach to education, parenting, and human development. We currently operate 3 preschools in Singapore, conduct adult parenting courses and teacher’s training courses, and consult for over 200 preschools in Asia. Position Summary: The Marketing Communications Executive at Greentree Montessori is a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about storytelling through various media forms. This role demands a blend of skills in content creation, brand development, and event management. The ideal candidate will be adept at capturing the school's ethos and translating it into compelling marketing materials that resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Utilize photography and filmography skills to create high-quality visual content that enhances our brand's narrative. Design and produce marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all content is on-brand and meets our high standards for visual communication. Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and campaign objectives. Copywriting: Craft engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials. Edit and proofread content with a keen eye for detail, ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical precision. Event Management: Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including logistics, coordination, and evaluation of event success. Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events. Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring the best use of resources for maximum impact. Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Report and escalate to management as needed. Communication and Branding Uphold and convey the school's brand identity across all marketing initiatives and communications. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply best practices in marketing. Marketing Strategy Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing strategy. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust tactics as needed. Qualification Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills to provide service to families and partners from Singapore and China. A minimum of a Diploma in Business, Mass Communications, Design/Film, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; we value passion and drive as much as experience. Job Requirements: Demonstrated skills in photography and filmography, including editing and post-production. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop or Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro). Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills on various mediums. Experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successfully managed events. Flexible with working hours, including the willingness to work odd hours and over weekends when necessary. A strong interest in early childhood education and a desire to create content that reflects the importance and joy of learning in the early years. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about crafting and sharing our story. Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to move or lift camera equipment and event materials. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor locations. Work Environment: This role will involve working in multiple settings, including school environments, event locations, and occasionally off-site for content creation.
