If you're exploring opportunities for the new year, we'd love to connect earlyAbout the Role: We are seeking seasoned industry professionals with deep expertise in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and AI to join our RISE faculty as part‐time trainers and mentors. In this role, you'll help both professionals and SMEs build real‐world skills to solve pressing business challenges related to digital marketing, sales, and customer growth. You'll transform your industry experience into actionable learning, guiding learners to apply digital strategies and AI tools that drive tangible business outcomes. If you're passionate about shaping the next generation of digital talent and sharing knowledge that makes a difference, this role offers a platform to create meaningful, lasting impact. Key responsibilities include: Deliver engaging, hands‐on training sessions in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and AI aligned with BCG RISE curriculum objectives Translate industry experience into actionable insights and real‐world case discussions Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and guided projects that tackle real‐world business challenges. Mentor learners to apply digital and AI strategies that improve marketing performance, lead generation, and sales outcomes Collaborate with BCG faculty and program teams to continuously enhance content relevance and learner experience Education & Certification ACLP / ACTA certification Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, or Technology)Experience Minimum 10+ years of industry experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or AI‐related domains Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing Social Media & Content Marketing eCommerce Operations & Conversion Optimization AI Applications in Marketing or Business Growth SME Business Development & Sales Enablement Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, or coaching, ideally with adult learners or SMEs Strong ability to connect theory with real‐world application and business problem‐solving Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills Ability to inspire and engage diverse learner profiles — from professionals to SME owners Passion for helping businesses grow through digital transformation and data‐driven decision‐making Based in Singapore (strongly preferred)Compensation Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. This is a part‐time position. Training sessions typically run during the following time slots: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Saturday: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM Flexibility to accommodate these time slots is essential.
