Vice Principal (Academic) - Junior School at North London Collegiate School (Singapore) Location: Singapore, Singapore | Employment Type: Fixed term contract, Initial three-year contract | Full-time | Start date: 1st August 2026 | Closing date for applications: 27 October 2025 Job Overview NLCS (Singapore) is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice Principal (Academic) – Junior School to join the team from August 2026. Reporting directly to the Junior School Principal, the postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership of all aspects of the Junior School’s academic provision. The Vice Principal will ensure that the curriculum is coherent, intellectually challenging, and reflective of the best spirit of NLCS – inspirational, aspirational, and ambitious – enabling every student to flourish academically and to develop a genuine love of learning. Responsibilities Strategic and operational leadership of the Junior School’s academic provision. Curriculum design, articulation, teaching and learning standards, and oversight of academic enrichment across all year groups. Uphold the school’s academic ethos, support staff development, and maintain the highest standards of teaching, learning, and scholarship. Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the Junior School Leadership Team.
