You will be joining Morph Enterprise LLC, an IT Staffing and Consulting firm that specializes in providing high-quality workforce and IT consulting services to businesses. Your role as a Proposal Research Analyst will involve managing proposal schedules and deadlines, directing the proposal team, developing proposal outlines, creating written content, and monitoring proposal progress.Your responsibilities will include drafting customer proposals and tender responses, researching RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/RFRs, and submitting them for further consideration. You will also be responsible for researching, capturing, and registering in the Bid/RFP portals, analyzing RFP requirements, directing writing/editing efforts, creating proposal outlines, and submitting follow-up questions as needed. Additionally, you will schedule meetings, manage electronic databases, prepare project kickoff materials, lead kickoff and status review meetings, support technical writing, and contribute to process improvement.As an Outreach Specialist, you will assist in identifying and pre-qualifying subcontractors, support outreach efforts to diverse businesses, maintain subcontractor databases, research upcoming RFPs, gather required documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and support reporting and compliance related to subcontracting plans and goals.The ideal candidate will possess strong research and outreach skills, experience in writing/editing and creating graphics content, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, active listening abilities, quick learning capabilities, sincerity, hard work, perseverance, fast computer operation skills, problem-solving skills, initiative, accountability, multitasking abilities, and the ability to take ownership.The salary for this position will be decided mutually based on the interview evaluation, and appraisals and promotions will be purely based on performance and skill development.,
