We are looking for Service Leader - Karting (Track) to join our pre-opening team at The Palawan @ Sentosa

As the Service Leader - Karting (Track) , your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Go-Kart Assistant Manager in daily operations
  • Managing Karting operations experiences
  • Assisting in maximizing the performance of the Karting facility
  • Providing solutions to recurring issues in the Karting facility
  • Ensuring a safe and fun environment for every guest
  • Setting and maintaining service standards

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for Go-Kart operations
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Has experience working in an attractions environment
  • Leads by example
  • Is creative with an eye for detail
  • Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
  • Is willing to work shifts
