Job Overview

The Palawan at Sentosa is a lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island in Singapore.

We are seeking a seasoned Karting Operations Leader to oversee daily operations, optimize customer experiences, and drive performance enhancement of the Karting facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Go-Kart Assistant Manager to ensure seamless daily operation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to elevate the Karting operations experience.
  • Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Karting facility.
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues affecting guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for every visitor.
  • Maintain and set high service standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Passion for Go-Kart operations and a track record of success.
  • Proven experience working in attractions environments.
  • Strong background in managing Karting operations and driving performance.
  • Knowledge of Go-Kart safety protocols and regulations.
